The Demo program you are about to download has quite a few limitations, but allows potential customers to try the software out before purchasing the Full Version that has no limitations. T

Before using Runs and Rosters it is strongly suggested that you download the User Guide and read it. It is not heavy reading and it will help you to see all the features the software has.

The demo version is placed on this site so you can try out Runs and Rosters before you purchase the Final Copy. We have added some sample data into the database to allow you to try out the features. You can add a limited amount of your own sample data as well to the various sections.

There are a few important steps you need to know in case you just plainly refuse to read the User Guide.

1) To add records to a particular section you must unlock them. By default the records are locked so you do not mistakenly delete important information. To access the New buttons you must click on Options on the menu and then Unlock Records. That will allow the New, Save, And Delete buttons to be enabled.

2) If you choose to delete records make sure you do not delete all the records in the database or the program will no longer function. There must be at least one record in each database. So don't go crazy and delete all the Run Forms or you will not be able to add any new Run Forms. If you happen to make a mistake and delete all the records, simply delete the program and reinstall it. Under normal use this will not be a problem since there will always be more than one record in each database. There will probably be hundreds if not thousands of such records.
